Consistent with our Service Agreements, we may collect and process photographs, video footage, and audio recordings of our events ("Visual Media"). This data is used for the commercial promotion of the "Cowboy Wife" brand and Cindy's Private Chef Services across social media and digital platforms.

2.1 SERVICE FULFILLMENT

We use your personal and event information to:
1. Design and curate custom menus.
2. Execute billing and "At-Cost" reimbursement invoicing.
3. Communicate regarding event logistics and scheduling.

2.2 MARKETING & PROMOTION

We use Visual Media collected at events to market our services on platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and our website. We do not sell your personal contact information to third-party data brokers.

2.3 OPERATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

We may use your email or phone number to send urgent updates regarding your event, changes to service terms, or safety notifications.

3.1 LISTER LOGISTICS

We share necessary event details (Event Date, Venue Address, and Grocery Lists) with our exclusive logistics partner, Lister Logistics. This sharing is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of grocery procurement, transport, and equipment setup. Lister Logistics is contractually obligated to protect your information and uses it solely for logistical fulfillment.

3.2 LEGAL OBLIGATIONS

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

You may opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our emails. Note: Opting out of Visual Media usage is governed by the specific terms of your "Private Chef Service Agreement" and may affect your pricing structure.
